After preauthorization, clients have two options to complete the transactions with their customers:
  1. Driver Completion: Your staff will take charge of completing the transaction. They will be able to view a preauthorization in the Authorize.net mobile app and can complete the transaction easily and securely.   2. Assistance from The Exchange: If you prefer assistance in completing the transaction, your staff have the option to call us back and our team can finalize the payment.
