CONTACT - The OnCall or designated contact will be reached by phone, SMS, pager, etc.
  • HANG_UP - The caller will be asked to hang up before proceeding with the call delivery (default).
  • PATCH - The caller will be asked to hold and then be connected with the OnCall or designated contact.
  • HOLD_AND_CHECK - The caller will be asked to hold then the OnCall or designated contact will be reached to check how to proceed.


HOLD - The message will be held for future delivery specified by Sub-Type.
  • AUTODELIVER - The message will be sent on a schedule to fax and/or email.
  • CHECKIN - The message will be held for the client to call in.
  • CUE - The message will be manually cued to call the office or OnCall.


AUTOACTION - The message will be sent out via email, fax, and/or group SMS at the time taken.


VOICEMAIL - The caller will be transferred to voicemail.
  • CHECKIN - The voicemail will be held for the client to call in.
  • EMAIL - The voicemail will be emailed at the time saved.


ADVISE - The caller will be provided information without a message being taken.
CALLBACK - The caller will be advised to callback.
